7. Milestones and Payments
Structr provides a milestone tracking framework that allows both parties to agree the scope and value of work before it begins.
Payment protection on the Structr platform is provided by Trustap, an FCA regulated escrow provider. By using milestone payments on Structr you also agree to Trustap's terms and conditions, available at trustap.com.
Structr Ltd is not a party to the contract between homeowner and contractor. We provide the platform and process. The legal contract for the work itself is between the homeowner and contractor directly.

Structr does not act as an arbitrator or adjudicator. We are not responsible for the outcome of any dispute between users.
Where payment is held in escrow through Trustap, their dispute resolution process applies.
